Highland Park junior Falyn Reaugh narrowly missed a medal at the Class 6A state track and field meet in Austin over the weekend.
Reaugh finished fourth in the high jump after clearing a height of 5 feet, 6 inches, equaling her total from the Region II meet, where she finished third.
Regional champion Ellyana Long of The Woodlands also won the state title by clearing a height of 5-9.
