Back in July, UP resident Libba Massey and her husband, John, graced our pages after helping launch the largest scholarship endowment yet for the University of Texas. On Friday, Libba took the spotlight again, when UT President Bill Powers (left) and Texas Exes Chairman Rudy Garza presented her with the Texas Exes Distinguished Alumnus Award (photo by Mark Rutkowski).
