At Preston Royal, It Will Soon Be Easy to Get a Great Night’s Sleep

In a follow-up to our April 2 story about the old Shell station and the adjacent building which has been shedding tenants for more than a year, landowner Patrick Crow sends word via e-mail that the Mattress Firm has agreed to a deal on the space that housed, until recently, the ingeniously marketed Cyrus Rug Gallery. Renovations on the building will begin soon. Crow said he is in discussions with several other tenants about the remainder of the space.
