As I mentioned almost exactly one month ago, The Front Room: A Park Cities Dinner is slated to open soon.
So soon, in fact, that it will open on Monday. Labor Day. Nothing like opening a restaurant on a holiday dedicated to honoring the contributions of workers. Anyway, like I said Aug. 1, the Hotel Lumen eatery must include these three things to be counted as a diner in my eyes:
– gyro
– strawberry shake
– disco fries
The menu skews a bit classier — short ribs, parmesan fries, edamame hummus — but we’ll see.
