Commodore Partners rezoning request
We all know that Chart Westcott is running for state representative, even though he has not officially announced his candidacy. But the delicate crafting of that impending announcement can’t get in the way of doing business. This afternoon, Dallas’ City Plan Commission will consider a request from Commodore Partners — a subsidiary of the family business, Westcott LLC — to rezone a tract of land along North Central Expressway.
