You know that parking lot on the southeast corner of Park Lane and North Central Expressway? It’s going to be replaced by a building as part of an expansion of The Shops at Park Lane. Download the document seen here, and you’ll be able to view photos of the site as it’s currently laid out and renderings of what it will soon like — assuming that the Board of Adjustment signs off on the requested variance to the city’s front-yard-setback rules, which seem kind of ridiculous when you’re talking about a multi-use development next to a freeway.
