For starters, the intimate dinner spot Bijoux will close at the end of February, following one final Valentine’s Day hurrah for local couples. The owners will focus instead on The Second Floor Bistro.
And it didn’t take long for someone to lease the space recently vacated by Spoon at Preston Center, as restaurateur Nick Badovinus plans to open a seafood place called Montlake Cut.
