The Dallas designer recognized for custom couture, bridal, evening wear, outer wear, and accessories has a new namesake atelier.

Neighborhood Sushi 4216 Oak Lawn Ave.

The restaurant by Austin-based MML Hospitality is serving up Japanese fare including spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and tempura shrimp rolls in the former Tulum space in The Shops of Highland Park.

MilkShake Factory 12835 Preston Road, Suite 215

The handspun shake and premium chocolate destination is now serving its desserts in the Preston Valley shopping center.

Bachendorf’s 4555 Travis St., Suite H7

The longtime luxe, family-owned jeweler selling designer jewelry and timepieces from Rolex and more will bring its sparkle to the Knox neighborhood this winter. In the meantime, fans of the retailer can find existing locations at The Plaza at Preston Center, Galleria Dallas, The Shops at Clearfork in Fort Worth, and the Rolex Boutique in Highland Park Village.

The Main House 3333 Knox Street, Suite 145

The all-day restaurant from Western Addition Restaurant Group, the hospitality company behind il Bracco and Bobbie’s Airway Grill, will begin serving up breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings of classic American fare, including salads, sandwiches on house-made bread, and proteins butchered in house, in 2027.

Rollin Joe’s 3411 Asbury Street

The new coffee shop by Jerry Mooty and Kirk Thompson will move into the former longtime home of New York Sub.

Sevy’s Grill 8201 Preston Road

The family-owned neighborhood eatery hosted guests for its last service in late June. Sevy’s had occupied its location near Preston Center for nearly three decades.
