In a brilliant play on words, Highland Park Village is celebrating FoundDog Day this year in lieu of Groundhog Day. Join Angie’s Friends and White Rock Dog Rescue on Feb. 7 from noon to 3 p.m. by the clock tower to have the opportunity to adopt a dog.
