FORM Hair Salon and Education has officially opened its doors in Preston Center. Founder Whitney Haynes is putting together a team to offer salon services, but in the meantime, she’s teaching her signature classes on styling technique, such as blowouts, curls, and updos. The salon also sells Davines products.
