
Don’t hit snooze now — this is a talk worth waking up for. The HPISD Parent Education Committee will welcome family and child psychologist Dr. Cristina Sevadjian on Feb. 8 to speak about the importance of sleep for teenagers and children.
Sevadjian will explain what leading research shows about the effects of sleep on emotional well-being, behavior, and on teenagers and driving. She will also discuss the ages and stages of sleep.
The presentation will start at 1 p.m. in the 5/6 assembly room at McCulloch Intermediate School and is open to all.
