The National Charity League’s Highlander Chapter celebrated the class of 2016 on Jan. 24 with a senior recognition ceremony during which fathers presented their daughters.
The Highland Chapter is made up of mothers and daughters from Highland Park, University Park, Greenway Parks, West Highland Park, and Bluffview/Devonshire who are committed to serving the community.
