Phase I of the Preston Road rehabilitation project in the 4400 to 4900 blocks started April 25. So, what does that mean?
According to the town of Highland Park, roadwork will include replacement of damaged curbs, sidewalks, and pavement beneath the asphalt. Once complete, the top portion of the pavement will be removed and replaced.
The roadwork is estimated to take 90 days to complete. Construction will take place Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
