Highland Park residents and town staff mingled as children explored public safety vehicles Oct. 2 during National Night Out at Highland Park Village.
Librarians talked up the benefits of a library card, Troop 35 Boy Scouts served cotton candy and popcorn, Lt. Lance Koppa distributed badge stickers, and some town employees decided to street dance.
