The long arm of municipal goverment is after you. On next Wednesday’s City Council agenda is item #48, which would “require a person who takes possession of a stray dog to attempt to locate the dog’s owner.” No longer will the “I-just-found-this-$3,000-purebred-Yorkie-walking-the-streets” exscuse work. So quit napping dogs or else think of a more creative excuse. Aliens are always a winner.
