He’s Joshua Sefnathn Chavez, 23, who has a federal warrant out for his arrest after committing several bank robberies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
The most recent incident was on Sept. 1 at the Chase Bank location at Preston Forest Village. Police said Chavez walked up to a teller at 1:32 p.m. and handed over a note demanding money. He also claimed to be armed with a handgun.
