Mr. and Mrs. Steven Patrick Howley of Scandia, Kan., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Clarissa Anne Howley, to Edward Douglas Mills, son of Ms. Emily Gill Mills and Mr. Robert Linwood Mills of Virginia Beach, Va.
The groom is the grandson of Mrs. G. Douglas Gill and the late Mr. Gill, of Dallas.
The couple will exchange vows May 31 in Lawrence, Kan. After the wedding, the couple will make their home in Dallas.
