Longtime partners Herbalife and Wilkinson Center hosted a Back-to-School backpack giveaway and grant presentation on July 24 at Wilkinson’s Food Pantry.
Herbalife announced a $50,000 grant at the presentation. The grant will support Wilkinson’s nutrition programs, including its Pantry2Go mobile food pantry, which delivers fresh groceries to underserved families throughout Dallas. This initiative highlights Herbalife’s commitment to promoting health and well-being in local communities.
After the presentation, the giveaway provided backpacks and school supplies to 100 students who are served by Wilkinson Center as part of their Stock Up for Summer campaign, which aims to mitigate food insecurity during the summer months.
