Early voting has begun in this year’s primary election. During the early voting period, voters in Dallas County may vote at any countywide vote center.
On Election Day, voting will be precinct-based, requiring voters to vote at their assigned party’s polling place. This only impacts Election Day, not early voting, and only the primary elections, not the November general election.
Feb. 17 – First day of early voting
Feb. 20 – Last day to apply for a mail-in ballot
Feb. 27 – Last day of early voting
Mar. 3 – Mail-in ballot deadline
