According to the Multiple Listing Service, the most expensive home for sale is priced at $14,999,000 in the 6800 block of Hunters Glen Road. Designed by architect Frank Welch, the 10,000-square-foot contemporary house has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, four living rooms, an unbelievable pool, and an impressive wine cellar.
Patricia Massey, the representing agent from Dave Perry-Miller and Associates, said Welch is known for his asymmetrical lines, which is prevalent throughout the estate. She put the house on the market January 27, and said it is only a matter of time for the perfect owner to take it off the market.
