Paws in the City, a Dallas based volunteer organization dedicated to preventing animal overpopulation, abuse and neglect, held its annual Top Hats and Tails fundraising gala Saturday, May 30 at the Galleria.
Guests enjoyed a variety of activities including silent and live auctions, dinner, and a brief award ceremony before internationally acclaimed Elvis tribute artist Kraig Parker and his Royal Tribute Band took the stage.
