Today’s edition of Park Cities People includes a “Little Big Leagues” story on two teams in the Park Cities YMCA’s fifth-grade football league. That story says the league’s three divisions are named the SEC, the Big XII, and the Big Ten. The story also says the Big Ten’s name was changed this week from Missouri Valley, because the latter name would obviously imply a lower level of skill.
Since that story went to press, the division’s three names have been changed to Red, White, and Blue, respectively. We’ll keep you apprised if they change again.
