The class is very hands-on, and attendees learn to make ice cream from scratch, crush the cookies and make homemade whipped cream as well.

With a wide variety of chef-inspired items on the menu – both hot and cold – patrons can see everything made from scratch in the shop’s open kitchen.

The new shop will offer treats such as signature pairings, affogato creations, and even sorbet swimming in champagne.

Anything but vanilla is basically the core of Baldo’s food philosophy.
