Believe it or not, that’s actually up to you. The two calendar options have been put into a public survey on DISD’s website. The first option has school running from Aug. 22 to May 31, and the second goes a week longer, from Aug. 22 to June 5. The latter option sprinkles in a week of more holidays. Today’s the last day so pick your poison: A shorter summer or fewer breaks during the year.
