The Park Cities Rotary Club will get a first-hand account today of the devastation in Japan. Adm. Patrick Walsh, a Jesuit graduate who is the commander of the Navy’s Pacific Fleet and the commander of the Joint Support Force, is scheduled to speak at the club’s weekly meeting, which starts at noon on the second floor of Maggiano’s in NorthPark Center.
