Carter Blood Care Seeks Labor Day Donations

Carter Blood Care’s Preston Valley Donor Center will be open from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday for the 12 Hour GIVE event. Holidays are typically a time when blood use by hospitals is on the increase. Accidents often require doctors to order multiple blood transfusions, and routine treatments continue as well. If you can take time out of your Labor Day plans for a donation, you’ll be rewarded with food from Jason’s Deli, a T-shirt, and a goody bag, and you’ll be entered into a drawing for other prizes.
