The University Park City Council will meet today in closed session to “receive confidential legal advice from the city attorney regarding staff’s interpretation of ‘adjacency.'” No action will be taken, but I imagine dictionaries will be involved.
The City Council is also expected to vote on the 2012 city budget, though I think the adjacency discussion could rule the day. The meeting kicks off at 5 p.m.
