Congrats are in order for Highland Park High School students William Joseph Beeby and Cassidy D. Tanner, who have both been named National Merit Scholars. William plans to study medicine and was awarded his scholarship from the Tellabs Foundation, a global telecommunications equipment provider. Cassidy is interested in international relations and was awarded her scholarship from PepsiCo. Inc., maker of many a delicious beverage.
