I’m sure you’re familiar with the Bread Winners locations on McKinney Avenue and in Inwood Village. Now comes word that Park Cities parents Jim and Cindy Hughes plan to open a new Bread Winners in NorthPark Center. In late September, they’ll take over the first-floor space formerly occupied by Cibus.
