Saturday night while I was sitting on the patio of the Standard Pour, I noticed a few people standing next to our Park Cities People newsstand. I thought, ‘oh, how great, people are buying our newspaper for a late night read.’ But no. They were stealing quarters out of it!
I’ve passed by this newsstand a few times before, and it has a broken latch that has not been fixed, so people can just grab a copy of our paper for free. So I’m pretty sure that these guys didn’t get away with more than a couple of bucks, but still, COME ON!
