Channel 11 aired a report last night about a parent who felt uneasy about a cardboard cutout of a well-armed Chuck Norris at NorthPark’s Urban Outfitters, just days after the school massacre in Connecticut. This isn’t the first time that the retailer’s been called out for poor taste.
