You’d never know it by the weather conditions in Dallas, but this is the Christmas season. Perhaps two more public tree lightings will make the yuletide gay. The lights will go on at Elena’s Children’s Park at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, and Highland Park’s official ceremony is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday. Highland Park High School’s Lads and Lassies are set to sing at both events.
