Passionate residents, don’t forget that tomorrow is University Park’s biweekly City Council meeting. The shindig will start at 5 p.m. at City Hall.
One topic up for discussion is sidewalk and right-of-way improvements for building permits valued over $10,000. Apparently, the way the law now stands can be “especially burdensome for property owners performing emergency roof repairs or simply applying for HVAC, electrical and plumbing permits.”
