As I enjoyed the beautiful weather this weekend, I blew bubbles with my son and watched them pop on the surface of a pool. That’s when it occurred to me: It’s been a while since I’ve heard of any Park Cities kids pouring soap into a fountain. That seems like such a harmless prank compared to, say, a bomb threat or a box of shell casings. Something to think about as classes resume today in Highland Park ISD.
