Chip’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers is the best burger restaurant in all of Texas, according to Fox News. I’m inferring that distinction because the fair and balanced network’s top 10 list includes no other eateries in the Lone Star State. Here’s what Fox had to say about Chip’s:
