Meet the 2013-2014 social officers for the Highland Belles drill team, who were elected by their peers. The top two posts will be held by girls named Reagan, presumably as a tribute to our nation’s 40th president. And although the Belles’ chaplain-elect spells her first name differently, I assume it’s pronounced the same. Go out there and win one for the Gipper, girls.
