“You’ve got some big — excuse me, some very petite — shoes to fill,” Mayor Mike Rawlings said to Lee Kleinman, after it was confirmed he would follow City Councilwoman Linda Koop in the District 11 seat.
But Rawlings wasn’t the only one pleased.
“We have spent four months pushing, pushing pushing,” Kleinman said. “And it paid off.”
