Ursuline Will Get its Lighted Athletic Field

A huge, boisterous crowd is currently clearing out of the Dallas City Council chambers, and many people — I’d say most — in attendance are grinning because Ursuline’s request for a lighted athletic field has finally gotten the green light.
The specific-use permit will come with plenty of caveats, but Ursuline supporters’ loud applause and standing ovation just spoke for itself. The victory is theirs.
