Joshua Carona runs The Sweat Shop in Oak Cliff consisting of cardio exercises, free weights and high intensity work outs. On Monday night’s classes are packed at Carona’s small gym on Tyler Street. Campers like Jasmine Rodriguez have lost 60 pounds.
