Remember that time we told you about Pirch opening in NorthPark? Well, their opening is coming up this week, and it’s set for an all-star cast — from the local perspective, that is. Dallas City Council member Jennifer Staubach Gates, Pirch CEO Jeffery Sears, NorthPark president Nancy Nasher, and ESD cheerleaders will cut the ribbon at 9:45 a.m. on Saturday.
Tim Byres will also be doing cooking demos from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Troy Johnson, Food Netowkr host and author, will also be doing performances from 2 to 7 p.m. That should add some spice to your back-to-school shopping.
