Does calling it a fun run really make it fun? Well, if it’s anything like the pep rally to kick off Bradfield’s Boosterthon fundraiser, it may not be so bad.
On Monday, students gathered in the gymnasium and cheered on Blaze the Bronco and Boosterthon representatives as they heard about the plans for the event. Each day of the fundraiser will provide a lesson that encourages kindness, leadership, fitness, and citizenship.
The event will conclude with the Rock’n Town Live Fun Run, where students will recruit pledges for the number of laps they run. The money raised from Boosterthon will go to the school.
