Will the neighbors living in the traditional homes on the 3800 block of Mockingbird welcome the residents building this new super-mod structure? I can’t help but imagine the little kids looking like sprockets in black turtlenecks answering the door when preppy kids, wearing crisp tennis whites, bring a “welcome” box of Sprinkles cupcakes.
