Although the jury has already reached a verdict in a family’s civil suit against the Episcopal School of Dallas, we won’t get to hear it until tomorrow.
A bailiff announced the jury had gone home for the day and would return at 9 a.m. to reveal its decision. If the all-female jury finds ESD liable, then there will be a separate (mini) trial to determine damages, and the jury will have to deliberate on that as well.
