Geoffrey Orsak, the former dean of SMU’s Bobby B. Lyle School of Engineering, has been fired from his new role as the president of the University of Tulsa, after only 74 days on the job.
No reason was given, the Associated Press reports, but Orsak had apparently taken time recently to care for his ailing father.
