Highland Park will celebrate its softball program with festivities on and off the field during Friday’s home game against Greenville.
The evening will combine Raegan Davis Night and HP Bombers Youth Night with giveaways, softball bingo, and more. Girls wearing attire for the Bombers select program will get in free.
Meanwhile, the Lady Scots will wear purple bows to honor Davis, a 2009 HP graduate and former softball team manager who died in 2010 during her freshman year at the University of North Texas.
Friday’s contest will be the only home game for the Lady Scots during a seven-game stretch in District 13-5A play. They will wrap up the first half of the league schedule on March 29 at Royse City.
