A 27-year-old woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated at about 11:06 p.m. in the 7000 block of Airline Road.
An attempted robbery involving the discharge or display of a handgun was reported at about 11:20 p.m. in a park or playground on Hillcrest Avenue.

Two 18-year-old men, and a 19-year-old man were arrested at about 3:56 a.m. near the junction of Mockingbird Lane and U.S. 75, one for possessing drug paraphernalia, another for possessing drug paraphernalia, carrying a weapon without a license, and evading arrest, and the third for possessing drug paraphernalia, not having a valid driver’s license, and running a flashing red light.

A mean-spirited motorist stole a 2022 Kia Telluride from a driveway in the 4200 block of Potomac Avenue before 9:30 a.m.
The delinquent driver of a pick-up truck hit a Nissan Sentra in the 3100 block of Drexel Drive before 7:07 p.m., and drove off without leaving information.

A reckless reverser backed into a truck in Highland Park Village before 9:40 p.m., then left the parking lot without leaving information.

A 31-year-old man and a 38-year-old man were arrested at about 3:13 a.m. in the 5700 block of Armstrong Parkway for possession of a controlled substance.

A 30-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman were arrested in the 4600 block of Belclaire Avenue, the 30-year-old for possession of drug paraphernalia, and the 31-year-old for possession of a controlled substance.
