Highland Park began the District 3 portion of the water polo season with a sweep of Keller in a doubleheader on Tuesday at the HPISD natatorium.
The Scots topped the Indians 14-9 in the girls game, followed by a 12-9 triumph in the boys game. It was just the second home game for both HP squads following an extended road trip that included multiple early-season tournaments.
Next up, both the girls (9-5) and the boys (9-6) will return to the pool for a Saturday doubleheader against Southlake Carroll. The other team in the district is Jesuit Dallas.
