Santa has hit the streets of University Park, and this year he has a brand new ride.
Santa is traveling in a red Chevy Tahoe with plenty of festive lights instead of his traditional fire truck. The smaller University Park Fire Department vehicle will help keep everyone safe as Santa navigates the city’s crowded streets, the city explained in an email message to residents.
Santa will continue his journey around the city through Friday, Dec. 19. His trip starts at 6 p.m. every night. Visit uptexas.org/Santa for more information and to track Santa’s progress through the neighborhood.
