Since opening our doors in 1985, Genesis Women’s Shelter & Support has provided safety, shelter, and support to thousands of women and children experiencing domestic abuse. Genesis is committed to removing all obstacles a woman may face on her path to healing from the trauma of abuse.
That’s the kind of work that awakens a desire to help among U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP).
“The values that guide their work — compassion, advocacy, hope and resilience — are the same principles we strive to uphold at USAP,” said Dr. Scott Holliday, USAP chairman. “We are honored to have a small part in helping Genesis Women’s Shelter make a difference for women, children, and families across Dallas.”
Helping included volunteering at and making a $5,000 donation to Genesis Women’s Shelter & Support.
On Sept. 16, during the medical practice’s “USAP Cares Week,” senior leaders from the USAP headquarters in Dallas went and packed bags of essentials for the clients.
Holliday, a Park Cities resident, was joined by USAP Ceo Len Wright for the check presentation.
