CRAFT Restaurant & Beer Market won’t open in Preston Center until next month, but neighbors can get a sneak peek at its locally-inspired food and carefully curated beverages from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21.

CRAFT Community Pop-up will offer free bites, beverages, giveaways and the chance to meet local vendors.

The event supports the Heaven’s 27 Foundation, which honors the 27 girls lost in the Kerr County floods by carrying their spirit forward through scholarships, community programs, and causes that build the future they imagined. Guests will be encouraged to make a donation onsite. If you can’t attend but want to make a donation, you can do so here.

The event is open to the public. RSVPs are highly encouraged to be sure you reserve one of CRAFT’s famous smashburgers free of charge.

Known for its locally inspired food, carefully curated cocktails, wine and one of the largest selections of craft beer from around the world, CRAFT is taking the former Medical City ER space on Northwest Highway at Kate Street in Preston Center.

The Canadian restaurant made its way to Dallas via a partnership between Tom Gaglardi, owner of the Dallas Stars and Moxies Restaurants and CRAFT’s founder PJ L’Heureux’s and its president and COO Scott Frank. This is the first CRAFT to open in the United States.

CRAFT is located at 5974 W Northwest Hwy Dallas, TX 75225.
